EVENT INFO / PATIO RENTAL 

 

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Everyone in your party must be over 21 years of age with valid ID.

• All reservations with pre-ordered food, we require a credit card and 7 days notice on menu selection.

• Guest count must be finalized one week prior to the event date.

• Please notify us about any food allergies, including nuts, or any other medical conditions when making your food order.

• An 20% service charge  will be added to all events.

 

SEATING OPTIONS

1. Patio

Occupancy and facilities;

The Bridge Patio

Our private patio space that has an outdoor bar accessible. This space can accommodate up to 50 people for a sit down event and up to 60 people in a mix and mingle setting. We have 3 large TV screens for presentations, PowerPoint or just showing your birthday/anniversary photos. We also have the capability of broadcasting custom playlists provided by you on any device with a mini headphone jack (smart phone, iPad etc.) there is a $50 set up fee for personal music or powerpoint presentations  All music must be pre approved by management 72hrs prior to the event.

Guaranteed Minimums; 

In order to cover the cost of staffing and overheads to accommodate your party we ask that your party achieve a guaranteed level of sales, this is not a service charge or room fee but a level of sales that your party needs to attain. The minimum amount needs to be secured by credit card which will only be charged to cover the difference between you actual sales and the minimums agreed to. The minimums are;

1. Patio West

Semi-Private outside tent. This space can accommodate about 60 people in a mix and mingle setting, and 45 in a sit down setting. It can also be used as overflow if you anticipate more to join your party when booking the patio as a private event. It is a great space for raffles, dancing, or other fun.

1. Inside Large Party Section

A more open, public space that consists of four long tables in one section of the restaurant. This space can comfortably accommodate 40 people in a mix and mingle setting. This room has 3 smaller tvs and one projector. There is no minimum for this area. If your party becomes more modest we will consolidate the tables reserved.

 

BEVERAGE OPTIONS

1. Drink Ticket-We can provide drink tickets for your guests. A $6.50 ticket can be redeemed for, Draught beer, bottled beer, well cocktails, House red and white wine and Non-Alcoholic drinks. We also feature a house or specialty cocktail for your event at two tickets per drink. Tickets are non-refundable and will only be honored the day of the event. 

 

2. Host Bar-You have the option to have an open bar with no limit or set a limit and your bartender will track what is spent and let you know when you are getting close to it. Once the limit is reached the tab is closed and your guests will be free to purchase their own drinks.

 

3. No Host Bar-Your guests are responsible for purchasing their own beverages.

 

 We also offer cocktail menus designed for your special event. Please inquire for more details!

 

Based on the minimum level of sales agreed upon, we will staff as we see fit for our private patio bar.

 

A private patio bartender will be provided for all events over $2000.00
